A minimum of 7 days, and a maximum of 55 days can be considered for bookings in this space.

Unit must be returned to existing condition upon strip out. Fixing to the floor is not permitted. Temporary vinyls can be applied to the window and exterior, but must be removed at the end of the tenancy.

Tenants can collect keys from 10am on the first day of the hire period. The space will be provided clean, tidy, free of any waste and ready to set up. It should be returned in the same condition no later than 10pm on the final day of the hire period.

The space doesn't hold a premises licence - if you would like to carry out a ‘licensable activity’ (sale of alcohol, providing entertainment - live music, screenings etc) you will require a temporary events notice.

Any music played in the space must not be audible in the adjoining or neighbouring properties. Strictly no music is allowed in the space before 11am or after 6pm, unless agreed in writing with the landlord.

Tenants must obtain adequate insurance with a company of repute to cover the intended use of the property - the policy must include public liability and employers liability.

Bon à savoir

Redecoration of the space must be agreed in advance with the Landlord, and the space put back to the current condition at the end of the tenancy.
