You can find this space on the popular, pedestrianised Castle Street, one of the busiest streets in Kingston, which lies directly between the rail station and Eden Walk shopping centre. The shop is located near several cafés and well-known high street retailers. As a result, you can expect regular window shoppers and naturally high footfall.

Inside the space there’s room for a window display at the front, as well as an area for seats along the walls. If you want to have customers stay a while, then the two toilets will come in handy – one for staff and one for customers. Previous tenants used the back of the shop as an office section to serve customers from, but you can be creative with how and where you serve customers. There’s also a kitchenette in the back for staff to use.
