The East Village is associated these days with a burgeoning nightlife scene, coupled with a growing shopping presence. Part of that new atmosphere is this retail space for rent, lined with white and brick walls and wood floors.

THE CROWD

Avenue B is yet another example of this neighbourhood’s nightlife energy. The cocktail lounges keep the weekends busy, but you can expect most weekdays to be pretty quiet. With a mix of wine shops, a library, a lush neighbourhood park, and the local school in the area, there’s more of a residential feel here for the most part. There are plenty of bus stops around, two of which are just behind this space on East 10th Street.
