Enjoy 3,500 sq ft for your idea here – in this ex-silk and leather workshop just south of the river. This space is located next to The Fashion & Textile Museum, in a private yard minutes from the bars, restaurants and coffee shops of Bermondsey Street.

Enjoy original warehouse features – Victorian-style sliding doors, high ceilings – in a canvas painted all-white with grey-gloss flooring. With WiFi, HD projectors and state-of-the-art sound systems, Black Swan Studios is great for photo shoots, filming, dining ideas, screenings and other event ideas.

There’s a second, smaller room – the Green Room – to use as a breakout area, or to give your event a separate space for activity. The Studios also includes a fitted bar which can be staffed or catered by the landlord. Black Swan Studios is a 6-minute walk from London Bridge Station.
