As Shoreditch begins to spread out further east, Bethnal Green is slowly transforming into a wealth of boutique shops and cafes. It's at the north end of Brick Lane, where the iconic East-End street meets Bethnal Green Road that you'll find the London Fabric Shop - ideally located to catch the wandering tourists and locals as they spill out at the top of the market.
The shop itself has a huge front window which opens up onto the ground floor. Well lit, with original wood flooring, it is a versatile space. Shelves line the walls and there is a small kitchen with counter display in the middle area. Downstairs there's also a large basement as well as a toilet. The fabric shop will continue to operate from the back of the shop - visible through the arch in the images.
Neighbours include sneaker and lifestyle store Pam Pam, the gastro pub Well and Bucket and gimmicky cat cafe Lady Dinah's Cat Emporium. Shoreditch High Street Station is a minute's walk away, and the bus stops right outside, en route to either Liverpool Street or Bethnal Green stations.
The fabric shop will continue to operate from the back of the space, so you'll be partially sharing the space - and their customers.
