Linking New Street Station to Grand Central and Bullring, LinkStreet is the gateway to Birmingham's two main shopping destinations. Dubbed as Birmingham's answer to Carnaby Street, it's got a youthful blend of fresh and unique pop ups, restaurants and shops. This big corner space for rent was formerly owned by Shoreditch’s own Cereal Killer café, and has now been refurbished to house fresh ideas.
Britain’s second capital is home to Europe’s youngest populations and over 60,000 students, and LinkStreet’s ever-changing line-up of indie boutiques and eateries have them coming back for more. Its location in between Grand Central, Bullring and the UK’s busiest train station (outside London) means that you’ll see plenty of shoppers passing through, including some of the 39 million tourists that visit (and shop) here every year.
This space is next door to the popular men’s salon Barber Barber and opposite Supercuts. LinkStreet is also home to designer menswear boutique Luke, veggie hotdog brand Not Dogs, and independent art shop Vincent Vin Doodle (a LinkStreet pop up-turned-permanent fixture).
*Bullring’s annual footfall is 36 million, weekly footfall is 750,000.
*Grand Central’s annual footfall is 17 million.
* LinkStreet's anchor stores include Ben Sherman and Irregular Choice.
Prices are inclusive of rates, service charge and rent.
