This large open showroom or retail space for rent is located in the Lower East Side, on the Bowery, one of the main arteries of Manhattan.
THE CROWD
Though the Bowery is its own neighborhood within the Lower East Side, parts of the area feel like Chinatown, others feel like hip, trendy spots in the LES. It’s a street and area that is forever changing. There are the ubiquitous lighting and restaurant supply stores, the New Museum, and enough bars and restaurants to keep you busy for ages. The BD trains at Grand Street are just a block away.

A Health Imaging Lab, art gallery, and lighting store are your nearest neighbors, and the Double Crispy Bakery, Sohotel, and GoGreen Organic Spa are on the same block. Just south are all the amazing restaurants of Chinatown, and north you’ll find The Boil, Cocoron, and Vandal. Mother’s Ruin and Sweet & Vicious are two great bars nearby.
