Boxpark Croydon is a larger version of the very successful Boxpark in Shoreditch. Focusing mostly on food and drinks, it's home to plenty of cool, independent brands – attracting a forward-thinking crowd.
Rent one of their stand-alone kiosk spaces (exact location to be decided) for your concept. The space is located outside with retail frontage on George Street and is perfect for a small grab & go/ small retail concept stores.
THE CROWD
Located right by East Croydon train station, Boxpark is a regular breakfast and coffee stop for commuters on their way to work. Weekdays get busy during lunchtimes as well, and weekends bring crowds, especially on the days with live music.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
The group of restaurants in Boxpark is always changing, and currently includes places like Fish, Wings & Tings, Coqfighter Chicken and Beer, The Cronx Brewery, and Meat Liquor. The Whitgift Centre shopping mall is also nearby and undergoing a huge redevelopment

Croydon isn't a Central London location, but BOXPARK's reputation makes it a destination.
This space would suit a F&B concept more than retail, to complement the neighbours. However, the Landlord will consider retail concepts on a case-by-case basis.
