Home to the world’s oldest aquarium, a Grade II listed pleasure pier and the British Airways i360 viewing pod, Brighton Beach attracts millions of visitors every year. Right outside the British Airways pod’s beachfront building that also houses a gift shop and the West Beach Bar & Kitchen, this unique outdoor space is available to rent for experiential activations, retail kiosks, food trucks and events.
THE CROWD
Dog walkers, joggers and locals taking in the sea air come to Brighton Beach every day, while weekends see tourists and day-trippers from London join the crowd. As an event venue and tourist attraction, the BA i360 pod attracts a steady stream of visitors all week round, especially Saturdays and Sundays. The West Beach Bar & Kitchen is a popular spot for weekend lunches. Brighton station is a 25-minute walk away.

You can only access the beachfront by car until 11am for set-up, after that the road is closed.
Available to rent for a minimum of one day and a maximum of one week.
There's 24-hour security on site.

This is an outdoor space, so it’s not weatherproof and you'll have to provide your own amenities and equipment.
Some space on the brasserie’s terrace in front is also available to rent if needed.
The price quoted is for the summer months (May to September). For the winter months (October to April), the space is available for £150 per day or £900 per week.
