Affectionately known as the little brother to Williamsburg, Bushwick is gaining a reputation as Brooklyn's new place to be. And it has all the markings for it: graffitied streets, themed dive bars, and an abundance of converted warehouse lofts. Located on Broadway – the main avenue that connects Williamsburg to eastern Brooklyn – is this newly painted retail space for rent.

THE CROWD

Bushwick is populated by a mix of artists and young professionals looking for cheaper rents outside of Williamsburg, as well as young families. Just up the street you’ll find artists showcasing their work in one of the many local art galleries that line the block. Most mornings, the cafes in the area are busy with people grabbing a coffee before work.
