Arts and crafts, vintage clothing and independent food stalls – Broadway Market is the hub of London’s artistic scene. This trendy part of town is home to some of London’s coolest residents and this former cafe can be used for new F&B concepts or transformed into a retail store. Think young and beautiful creative types and you have a pretty good idea of the Broadway Market crowd. The market itself opens on Saturdays and tourists and residents alike flock here on weekends. During the week, the crowd is more local and family orientated. London Fields overground is an eight-minute walk away.
