‘Think unique’ is the mantra of LinkStreet: a new walkway connecting the Bullring with Grand Central and the train station. This is a brand new destination for shoppers – joining a curious and young city crowd with the latest in emerging brands and stylish ideas.

The walkway has been created exclusively for pop up ventures. A prime location, it serves as one of, if not the busiest entrances to Bullring. This space, dedicated to young and upcoming brands, will give the perfect place to engage some of the 36 million + shoppers who visit Bullring each year. The shutter fronted space features an open-plan design with a bespoke layout. Magnetic slots in the wall allow easy and quick set up of shelving units and other fittings, all of which are provided by the landlord. There is also a small storage area.

The landlord is targeting a mix of food, fashion and lifestyle brands that appeal to a young, urban crowd. Birmingham is also home to 65,000 students – so think about how to speak to all sorts of shoppers passing by daily.
