Any repair jobs to the walls (grey or white) must be conducted by our specified contractor and
scheduled in advance of at least 2 business days.
Request for instruction prior to moving the lighting fixtures is required. Lighting fixtures need to
be returned to their original position if moved.
Do not attach any objects to the lighting tracks, sprinklers or a/c units.
All adhesive materials to be fully removed prior to vacation.
Operation rundown, set up plan and signage location map must be submitted 3 business days
prior to event date for review, including courtyard if appropriate.
Event insurance to be provided.
Operational hours are 08:00 to 23:59 and set up must also occur within these hours. Please
respect our residential neighbours.
Any noisy works only between 12 – 2pm.
Tenant is responsible for leaving the space in a clean state, anything that was brought into the
venue must be removed at the end of the rental. Glass bottles and trash with food/drinks must
be disposed of in a sustainable way.
There are no on-site cleaners at The Annex, this includes the w/c’s provided.
Typical door openings are H2195mm x W1700mm.
Any items left on the Premises will be deemed to be abandoned by the Tenant and shall be
retained by the Landlord.
Should the Landlord incur removal costs for any items left on the Premises, these will be
repayable by the Tenant to the Landlord together with a fee to be calculated at 20% of the
removal costs incurred by the Landlord.
Whilst the space has extraction, there is no fitted kitten - however, the Landlord would consider providing this.
