This strip of pop up spaces in Tribeca is full of unique and creative spaces. The neighborhood has some of the city’s best restaurants, bars, and clubs, as well as this pop up retail space or art gallery for rent on Canal Street.
Some of New York’s wealthiest inhabitants walk the streets of Tribeca, and eat at one of the many restaurants like Batard or Pepolino. People come here to shop and eat during the day, and stay out at the clubs until late night/early morning. The NQRW, ACE, F, and 1 trains are all a few minutes walk away.
Your neighbors include poke restaurant Humble Fish, Saluggi’s brick oven pizza, and Antique Garage. Patrick Parrish gallery and the theater Soho Rep are a block away. Chinatown and Little Italy are a few minutes to the east, with countless good restaurants, and Soho is just across Canal Street for some of New York’s best shopping.
The space is a long narrow box, and doesn’t have a true front door, just a metal gate, so you’ll need some creativity, but it will be easy for people to see and come inside!
