Chiltern Street was already a destination for speciality shops, bars and cafes long before Michelin-starred chef Nuno Mendes opened the doors to his A-lister hangout restaurant, Chiltern Firehouse. And right next door to Chiltern Firehouse is this former bridal boutique, now available as a retail space to let. As well as a long showroom on the ground floor, there's also additional shop space down in the basement.

THE CROWD

Chiltern Street attracts those looking to skip the chains and crowds of nearby Oxford Street. The regular shoppers are usually well-heeled local residents and professionals, more than tourists. Evenings and Thursdays to Saturdays tend to be when the street is most lively.
