This space is located in one of the two iconic hexagonal towers on Penn Street. The space itself sits adjacent to the new, trendy cafe area, called the Fixagon, serving up brunch and sushi to the people of Hoxton. With it's edgy interior, and buzzing crowd, this space would be perfect for an exhibition, or perhaps a small retail concept. This space really feels you like you are part of a community, due to it's local following and friendly cafe staff. The space benefits from a separate entrance and you can amend the configuration if you wish to separate the space from the cafe. Please note this hire cost is only for one side of the space as the cafe operates on the other.
