Car parks are a great urban space to host a unique event and this one in Peckham is a good option. It is a large open space with buildings surrounding for privacy. There is exposed brick walls and concrete paving.
There is some street art on the walls adding lots of personality and colour to the space. There is a real industrial street vibe to the space which is a popular trend in London. The space often plays host to markets and because of the long open hours the possibilities are endless in terms of what events can be held here.
Peckham is an up-and-coming area of South East London and has a real community feel amongst its residents. It is a great space to bring people together for an exciting event.

Redecoration is permitted but subject to proposal and reinstatement post hire.
Hours are in general from 9-11pm but these can be changed subject to approval.
VAT is payable on the Rent.
A damage deposit will be required - the exact figure is to be negotiated subject to proposal.
The space is hired on a proposal basis as it's a car park used by may people on site, therefore it's not available 24/7 365 days per year so please bear with the Landlord as to how they may be able to accommodate the idea - it might take a little longer to guarantee full availability.
You are also hiring this space in conjunction with some of the existing tenants on site so for best practice it's best to work with the people on site.
