Home to an attractive collection of well-known high street names and global brands, Covent Garden’s Long Acre is a renowned destination for local and international shoppers. At the Drury Lane end of the road, this shop to rent has been used for grab and go F&B concepts in recent years, but it would work equally as well for retail (Major League Baseball had a successful pop-up shop here), especially as it gets closer to the Christmas shopping season.

THE CROWD

It’s easy to forget, but this is a busy working area too, so you’ll see more of a local London crowd at lunchtimes and after work during the week. Covent Garden’s theatres, bars and restaurants bring Londoners and tourists alike here in the evenings. But it’s the weekends when you’ll see the most people as tourists flock here in their droves. Covent Garden tube station is a two-minute walk.
