Les règles à suivre
The Landlord will be responsible for equipment breakages/repairs for the first month of tenancy. After that, the brand is responsible for all damages (extraction excluded).

If you want to sell alcohol, you'll need to provide a valid personal licence holder (PLH) for your business for the duration of the tenancy and also become the DPS for the premises.

Food must be available at all times for the sale of alcohol.

The space comes fully fitted but any redecoration plans must be approved by the Landlord beforehand.

You cannot cook with full extraction in this space until after 5pm Monday - Friday. During these times any cooking must be done with extraction set to low or off. Outside of these times full extraction may be used.

1. Utilities are excluded from the Rent payable under this Agreement and the definition of Rent shall be amended accordingly.

2. The Landlord shall give the Tenant the first right to extend this Tenancy Agreement (on equal terms to the terms of this Tenancy Agreement). If the Tenant wishes to invoke this right it must provide written notice to the Landlord of its intention to extend the Tenancy Agreement within 60 days of the termination of the Tenancy Agreement.

3. The landlord requires the tenant complete a professional clean upon the end of tenancy
