THE CROWD
Home to a host of design studios, architecture firms, media companies and offices, Rivington Street is busy by day with local workers and creatives. By night, the likes of Tramshed, Butchies and The Bricklayers Arms fill up with diners and drinkers. Things can be a little quieter here at the weekends, until the going-out crowd arrives. Old Street station is a four-minute walk, Shoreditch High Street station is seven minutes’ walk.

You’ll be on the ground floor of an office building that houses businesses including award-winning marketing company Kreate and design agency 100 Shapes.
