Redecoration is permitted but it will need to be returned to its original condition. Only basic painting is allowed on the outside of the property. This will need to be approved by the landlord and council in advance of your tenancy.
Utilities: Charged as extra
Hours of operation: These are flexible between 07 00 - 23 00 hrs other than Sundays which have limited trading hours. The outdoor market is open Monday to Saturday from 9 - 4pm and Thursday 9 - 12 (half day) however you are able to trade until 11pm if you wish.
