Once home to the Westminster Electrical Supply Corporation, Belgravia’s Eccleston Yards has been creating a new kind of energy recently. It's become a new hub of co-working and wellbeing spaces, creative businesses and restaurants, all based around a beautiful central courtyard which is available to rent for events and product launches. Multi-sensory mavericks Bompas & Parr recently masterminded their Wellbeing Playground (complete with a pink mist waterfall) here, so anything’s possible! Alcohol licence is included.
THE CROWD
You’ll be surrounded by a community of independent businesses that include luxury lifestyle brand SMUK, east London eatery The Jones Family Kitchen, meditation studio Re:Mind and concept clothing store 50m, all of which bring a creative, fashion-forward and wellbeing-focused crowd to the yard. This cool new development is five minutes' away from Victoria station, so there’s easy access for your guests.

As well as all of the above, Eccleston Yards is also home to hip gym Barry’s Bootcamp, bespoke tailoring label Tailor Made and Tart London, the fashion industry’s favourite caterers.

Bon à savoir
The space is completely outdoors, so you’re at the mercy of the elements. However, there is a canopy that can be placed over the top of the courtyard in the event of bad weather.
You can decorate the space and move the planters around.
