The streets around Farringdon and Clerkenwell are strewn with marketing agencies, design studios and other business headquarters. This is an area many Londoners work in by day – and stick around to socialise in at night. There are plenty of pubs, bars and food markets nearby all catering to this busy and creative crowd.

This event space is on Farringdon Road, the main thoroughfare between Kings Cross in the north and Fleet Street at its south end. Next to a printing press, this car park is modern with a nice mix of concrete and brickwork. It consists of five levels, with each available to rent by the day – including the great rooftop space. 

Farringdon Station is less than a ten minute walk away, and buses operate in both directions all along this major city road.

The car park is open 24 hours.

The fee for this space is £1,500 per floor, per day.

Bookings are subject to management approval and risk assessment approval.

The following information must be provided at least 2 weeks in advance of start date:

  • Health & Safety requirements
  • Details of any equipment on the site, i.e. generators, catering equipment, camera equipment etc. including weights
  • Details of any food and drink being cooked and provided
  • General event Risk Assessments
  • Security provisions and arrangements
  • General event safe systems of work
  • Fire procedures and risk assessment
  • Proof of agreement from local Fire Brigade if required e.g. fireworks
  • Total number of staff and event attendees

Bon à savoir

Any re-decoration of the space must be discussed in advance with the Landlords.

Once your idea is approved, the landlord can meet you for a viewing but final confirmation of your booking will be subject to risk assessment approval.
