Stretching north from Finsbury Park station to Crouch End, Stroud Green Road has become more than just a major bus route thanks to its ever-changing array of shops, restaurants, pubs and bars. Behind this busy street is Clifton Terrace, where you’ll find this fully fitted restaurant space to let.

THE CROWD

This is quite an artsy little enclave, with the HQ of fine art framer John Jones, Park Theatre, and halls for University of the Arts London all close by. Yogis and gym-goers flock to the studios over the road the evenings and on weekends. Buses pass regularly as they terminate at Finsbury Park station (Wells Terrace entrance) at the bottom of the road.

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

The space itself is on the ground floor of an apartment block, which also houses the popular Pasta Remoli restaurant. Next door is the Metro minimarket, and The Terrace café two doors down fills up in the mornings and on weekends. Starbucks have set up a little further down.
