Situated along the East River, Dumbo, which stands for “down under the Manhattan Bridge overpass” is a busy commercial and historic district in Brooklyn. Pedestrian-friendly streets mean easy access to the area’s well-loved restaurants like Grimaldi’s Pizza or Superfine, big-name shops, and historical landmarks, like Jane’s Carousel in Brooklyn Park.
As part of a shopping center, this well-placed space faces busy Front Street. Inside, the flexible shop is clean and spacious. Thanks to hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows there’s plenty of lights. And speaking of light -- the overhead light can change colors. Although it’s a part of a mall, the space has an exclusive entrance to the street.
This is a popular area for commuters and residents, too. Several subway train lines run nearby, and there are lots of water-bound options for transportation including the Water Taxi and the East River Ferry.
This space opens on to the high street but is actually part of the shopping mall behind, so additional regulations regarding fit out plans and insurance will be in place.
