Up-cycled and recycled goods are available at Dezigne, a mini department store ideally placed on the corner of Goosegate. This boutique sells gifts and interiors and has a cafe inside, with seating spread across two floors. The landlord is now looking for a brand to take over the coffee shop side of the store completely.
Hardwood floors, natural light and big windows (with shutters on most of them) make Dezigne a bright and refined space to work in. You’ll be taking over the coffee shop/cafe part of the space, with the landlord continuing to offer the retail branch of the store. There’s room on both floors for shoppers to enjoy refreshments, in a stylish and quirky setting they won't find at a coffee chain. You'll also find a storage room, pantry and toilet next to the stairs.
This space is near The Larder restaurant and BrewDog, and the street is filled with independent retailers. So you’ll be in excellent company here.

We can cater for retail, art/ design exhibition, brand launches, test Nottingham market, popup cafe, pop up restaurants, popup client entertainment basically almost anything popup
We have Kitchen facilities- fridges, freezer, chiller, microwave induction hobbs, lighting, decor, sinks, hot water, heating, large bay widows, Business wifi, shelving and cabinets, sound system on both floors, epos system, card payment system
Printer/scanner and we can apply for licences to sell alcohol . PC and DJ equipment, gazebo to expand on the pavement and some tables and chairs. Also refurbished and clean toilet.
A client can bring their own display cabinets and tables/ chairs if they wish. We have approximately 48 sqm ground floor and 35sqm and another 37 sqm
basement which needs decoration and is free of charge at the moment
The prices we would like to get are low to start.
£200 per day ground floor + £70 to use the upper floor
£350 weekend 2 days ground floor + £100 to use the upper floor
£850 per week both floors
£1985 per month both floors
Prices include rates ,water and fair use of electricity (for pop-up cafes and restaurant, during winter we may have to add a bit extra for electricity usage.)
We will also include standard public liability insurance for pop-up shop.
We offer extra services.
We can run the Coffee bar free if we keep all the takings, arrange for a fee to run the cafe/bar offer catering package - like we are proposing to do with a wedding popup (prosecco, cupcakes, macaroons, coffee, tea, cake, canapés )
Full cafe take over for min 6 months pop-up is also available .
DEZIGNE branding remains on the exterior of the building at all times and we call it DEZIGNE PopUp Destination.
License is in process to allow outdoor seating as well
A vinyl can be put on front window. No commission is taken by the landlord.
