This art deco-esque space is based just off of the renowned Oxford Street, smack-bang in the middle of London’s West End. With amazing exposure onto the street and the capacity for 80-100 standing guests, this space has served a number of London Fashion Week brands with amazing launches. What’s more, this space’s large downstairs area with storage space and treatment rooms make it ideal for everything from events and product launches to pop-up shops.

THE CROWD

One of the most popular tourist areas in London, Oxford Circus is renowned for its flagship fashion stores. It’s a shopper’s paradise that’s buzzing all week long, with city workers grabbing lunch and indulging in some after work retail therapy and tourists ticking off their London landmarks bucket list. This patch of the West End is also exceptionally well connected. Oxford Circus station is a six minute walk away, Goodge Street station is a 7 minute walk away and Tottenham Court Road is a 10 minute walk away.

THE NEIGHBOURS

Right next door is Noho Studios, an event space, and a film production company. Across the road is a deli, a clothes shop and a salon, and a short walk away you’ll find the shopping mecca that is Oxford Street.

Furniture can be removed from the space with prior agreement from the landlord.
Maximum booking duration is two weeks.
Bookings need to be planned a minimum of four weeks in advance.
Digital display in shop frontage is available for use, as is coffee machine in the space. These are the only two elements which are not possible to move.

The kitchen is minimal so, if you are a foodie brand, this spot is only suitable for grab-and-go food and beverage concepts.
