Hackney Downs Studios is a vibrant hub of creative studios and independent shops, where a mix of designers, makers, artists and freelancers work every day. Make your mark in front of this creative East London community with this unique pop-up space with a mezzanine level and a kitchen. Usually home to a kids club, the space can be cleared out for new brands to use as a showroom or for retail.
THE CROWD
More than 300 people work and run their businesses here, so you’ll have a pretty cool core crowd. Mornings and evenings bring yogis to The Well Garden next door, and the Autumn Yard restaurant nearby pulls in a few punters come lunchtime. Saturdays are the busiest when young families and locals come to sample Big V’s burgers and Baking Bad’s decadent cakes at the weekly Hackney Downs Vegan Market.

The space is available to rent for a minimum of one day and a maximum of three weeks.
Brands can move items and redecorate but can't renovate (the space usually operates as a kids club).
