Manchester's busiest stretch, Oxford Road, has just got a lot busier thanks to the opening of Hatch: a pop-up concept which is home to an ever-changing mix of independent retail and F&B brands. This retail unit, located under the Mancunian Way flyover, is now available to rent.

With the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University nearby, Oxford Road sees plenty of students throughout the day. And the area’s famed bars keep this stretch busy until late. Locals and tourists are tempted by the area's art galleries, theatres and the super luxe Principal Manchester hotel (a five-minute walk away).

MEET THE NEIGHBOURS

Hatch is home to Takk’s new artisan espresso bar, as well as their nano brewery and keg bar called Öl – a joint venture with local brewers Byrne the Cake. Under the flyover is Eighth Day, a vegan co-up and cafe, and Hatch also boasts its own open air street food courtyard.
