Hobbemastraat is not far from the Concertgebouw, Amsterdam’s Royal concert hall.

This space does not come equipped with permits, licenses (A1/A3), or extraction, and there are no toilets. The landlord is interested in short term hire only, with a maximum of 6 months. That being said, small changes may be made to the space subject to the landlord’s approval.
