The room does come with permits, licenses (A1/A3), or extraction, and there is no WC. With a maximum of 6 months occupancy, it is available for short term hire only. Minor changes can be made with the landlord’s approval, and the room’s potential compensates for any facilities it might lack.
The space is located only few meters away from the famous P.C.Hooftsraat and its luxurious and high-end shops.
