Take a stroll further down Hogarth Road and you’ll soon find yourself surrounded by hotels and stunning white stucco townhouses. Closer to Earl’s Court Road and its busy Underground station is a lively community of specialist supermarkets, restaurants and shops, including this newly-refurbished retail space to let. There’s a ground floor showroom and basement for storage, and a number of other rooms available.

THE CROWD

This neighbourhood’s bedsits and backpacker hostels have largely been turned into fancy flats, but there’s still a fair few hotels to bring in the tourists, adding to the rush hour crowds in the mornings at Earl’s Court station (a two-minute walk away). Hogarth Road’s restaurants and Ashbee’s Wine Bar fill up with locals and tourists in the evenings, especially towards the weekend.

The popular Thai restaurant, Siam Secret, is accessed through the alleyway to one side of this space. The New Asia restaurant and Estate Agents TLC are to the other side.
