Holloway Road has seen a fair bit of change over recent years as a succession of gastropubs and fancy cafés have crept up from Highbury Corner, adding to the mix of high street staples, local eateries and independent shops. Set back from this busy high street, near Holloway Road tube, this restaurant to let has an industrial-style bar and seating area, plus outside seating – ready for all F&B concepts.

THE CROWD

Weekday lunchtimes will see students from the London Metropolitan University over the road flock to the cafes and eateries surrounding the campus, including the Sacred Café opposite. Match days bring football fans from all over London (and further afield) to the nearby Emirates Stadium. The nearby gym and yoga studio is a draw for health-conscious locals, especially in the evenings and weekend daytimes. Holloway Road tube is a minute’s walk.
