Hoxton Street is a mish mash of old-school pubs, cool cocktail bars and destination eateries, as well as an eclectic collection of shops selling everything from bespoke bikes to beers from around the world. Glass-fronted and white-walled, this versatile space will put you at the Hoxton Square end of the street, and is available to rent for events, exhibitions and retail.

The crowd

You’re surrounded by design agencies and studios here, so you’ll see plenty of creatives in this part of town during the working day. As well as being around the corner from the likes of Happiness Forgets on Hoxton Square, you’ll be near the Troy Bar and the Red Lion pub, both of which keep this part of the street lively in the evenings. Old Street station is a six-minute walk away.

Meet the neighbours

The HQ of sunglasses company Jeepers Peepers is a couple of doors away, as is live music venue and nightclub Troy Bar – its Tuesday open-mic nights are always packed. The Red Lion and its much-loved roof terrace are over on the other side of the street.
