The downstairs gallery can be set up to suit your needs. However, the upstairs decor and furniture has to remain as it is.
The space is a licensed premises, capable of holding 110 people standing
The advertised day rates are for a 9 hour day however shorter term bookings are possible:
Gallery (weekdays): £235+VAT per hour (minimum of 3 hours)
Gallery (weekends): from £176.50+VAT (minimum of 5 hours)
Gallery (weekend evenings): £235+VAT (minimum of 5 hours)
Boardroom: £71+VAT per hour
Glasshouse: £60+VAT per hour
Study: £ 41.50+VAT per hour
Please note that a damage deposit of £1000 (or more depending on the length of the hire) is required when hiring this space.
VAT is applicable on the total price when hiring this space.
