This is one of Bushwick's busiest streets, lined with discount clothing stores rather than bars and boutiques. This big box space has two large front windows and is ideal to rent for your retail concepts.

THE CROWD

This area of Knickerbocker Ave is home to more longtime locals than hipster newcomers, although artists and professionals do live and hang out in the neighborhood. The street is usually busy with shoppers looking for clothes and a good deal. It's a five-minute walk to the L train.

MEET THE NEIGHBORS

There’s a new upscale bodega and a clothing store on either side, and many discount clothing shops on the block, as well as McDonald's. Around the corner is the hipster hangout bar, Darling’s, and the cozy Italian restaurant, Sapore Di Italia. Also nearby are more great bars like The Starliner, Bootleg and Dromedary.
