Like Westbourne Grove round the corner, Ledbury Road's luxury shopping street has long been exclusive to Notting Hill locals. Beneath the pastel-coloured terraces, well-known brands like Matches Fashion and Ottolenghi (the first to ever open) all call this street their home. Rent this dining room dressed in boutique furnishings at the back of The Continental Pantry cafe, equipped with a working kitchen for supper club events.
It's busiest during weekdays with well-heeled local mothers shopping with their kids along Ledbury's designer boutiques. Weekends can also be a bit busier when they're not away. Yoga mums like to head to Sweaty Betty, before or after brunch along Westbourne Grove at either Daylesford Organics or 202, a bistro and concept clothing store.
You're next door to an artisan chocolate brand, Melt Chocolates, and Marie Chantal for designer kids clothing. Sweaty Betty is opposite, as is Vanessa Seward for Parisian RTW. A few doors down, there's a Wolf & Badger for contemporary accessories and two other sought after Paris-based brands, A.P.C and Aimé.
This space only includes the dining room at the back, accessed through the cafe entrance. Guests will be allowed to stand in the front cafe area while passing through to the space.
It's a quiet shopping street for local residents so you won't get as many customers as you would on the neighbouring Portobello Road or Westbourne Grove. But it's all about quality not quantity here.
