The docks around the River Aire once carried goods and commodities all across the industrial north. After years of decline, Leeds Docks was decommissioned – but now this waterside destination is enjoying a mighty comeback. As the city’s latest commercial and residential quarter.
Tenants such as EE, Sky and various digital and media agencies all have offices here along the bank. There are also 1,100 new flats, food & drink destinations, plus a regular line up of art, music and shopping events throughout the year. This listing is for Armouries Square, on the water’s edge. The city’s second biggest outdoor public space has 15,000 sq ft to fill with activity.
