Shopping and eating go hand in hand, and there are 4 street food truck pitches ready for take over every other Wednesday or every Friday to feed the hungry shoppers. We have the space ready, you bring the trucks. The focus is on hot food.
Located on the ground floor, there's a group of 3 food trucks placed by Next, Boots, Mango, Sweaty Betty and Cos. The other pitch is located at other end by Banana Republic and Hugo Boss.
One New Change consists of 560,000 sq ft of retail and office space, with 215,000 sq ft dedicated to retail.
There are 60 shops and restaurants in the centre, including Cos, Topshop, Next and H&M. Restaurants include Bread Street Kitchen, Wahaca and Byron.
The centre enjoys over 12 million annual visitors.

Operating hours must be strictly adhered to - stalls cannot be left unattended. Failure to comply may result in your booking be cancelled without refund
Brands must have public and employers liability insurance (£5 million)
In certain circumstances, brands may be required to fill out a risk assessment and method statement. They may also need to provide relevant PAT testing and Food Hygiene certificates (where necessary)
Visual merchandising must be to a high quality and stock must be attractively displayed.
Brands are encouraged to accept card payments - own wifi required
Retailers will be asked to declare turnover data, to help us assess the success of the market
All brands must adhere to rules set out in the welcome pack
This space is subject to fit-out proposals to be pre-approved by the landlord, to ensure you look the part.

One New Changes links Cannon Street with Cheapside (the old English word for “market place”) and is surrounded by Honey Lane, Milk Street and Bread Street, which take their name from the produce sold there. It’s fair to say there’s no more historically correct area for a retail destination.
