Any local marketing or leafletting to be discussed and approved with the Landlord first.
Commissioning certs to be produced for any changes to electrics and new fittings.
Details of any planned events needs to be issued in writing to the CBRE Property Manager, Jane Moscrop at least 2 weeks ahead of the event date. All events to be ticket only and limited in capacity to no more than 50 attendees in any 2 hour slot and in accordance with the Event Guidelines for St Martin’s Courtyard.
