Covent Garden's new pedestrianised shopping street connects Long Acre and Seven Dials, two of the city's most coveted destinations for shopping and leisure. Surrounded by both global retailers and independent boutiques, you're at the centre of the most sought-after fashion and beauty brands. This newly renovated shop space for rent spans across two floors, which brands can rent separately or together for their retail and cafe concepts.

Covent Garden attracts a large number of tourist shoppers and sightseers, especially on weekends. In the week, it's more of a local London crowd with the lunchtime browsers and after-work shoppers. The theatres, restaurants and bars bring the most amount of people to the area in the evenings. It’s a four-minute walk from Covent Garden station.
You're in good company with H&M and Smashbox as your neighbours. On Langley Street, you'll spot the world-renowned Pineapple dance studios and London Film School. Restaurants and bars include the award-winning Hawksmoor and Cafe Pacifico for Mexican plates. Continue round the corner for Long Acre's line-up of global retailers like COS, M&S, Lululemon and H&M's new sister label, ARKET.
Pyjama brand Desmond and Dempsey launched their first store here in May 2018.
A1 licence only.

Mercers Walk is a new development and doesn't attract as much shoppers as neighbouring Long Acre, but it's seeing more and more visitors ever since the arrival of brands like H&M and Smashbox.
The ground floor will be newly white-boxed by 15th December 2017. The basement will stay a bit more raw and industrial (as pictured).
Brands have the option to rent the basement space separately.
