People head to Dalston for its live music scene and hip hangouts. Apart from the fun nights out, you'll find plenty of cafes and one-of-a-kind finds. On the hip Bradbury Street – home to unique spots such as Fee Fee La Fou gallery and Eldica record shop – this bright and green little space has neat decor and a feature brick wall. You'll take over the ground floor, but the first floor is home to a therapist's practice so you'll get the odd client coming in and out.
THE CROWD
Expect an international crowd here. Hipsters and cool kids (usually younger) come here throughout the day for the unique boutique shops. The evenings are busiest as they pack out the music venues and restaurants.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
This stretch is popular for music and food. You're next door to Banke's Kitchen cafe and a few doors down from Honest Burgers. If you want to hang with locals, across from you are two jazz venues, Servant Jazz Quarters and The Dalston Jazz Bar. Further down, Metro Retro is popular for their vintage selection.
