This Mayfair retail space for rent sits on the edge of Shepherd Street, a small piazza with a variety of boutique shops, restaurants and Victorian pubs. In this former gallery, you'll have access to three spaces across three floors – two newly white-boxed, and one brightly-lit cave. You may spot the boarded-up window display, but it will be taken down so passing shoppers can get a full view of what's inside your shop.
THE CROWD
There are plenty of cafes, restaurants and drinking spots around here, so a lot of visitors will be the after-work crowd or those on a weekend jaunt. Shoppers will generally come here on specific errands (there’s a pretty fancy cigar shop) and a browse. The diners and drinkers wind down at about 11pm along Shepherd Market. Green Park tube station is under 5 minutes away.
MEET THE NEIGHBOURS
You're next door to the Kings Arms pub and opposite a small Indian restaurant and Sole-Man cobblers. The Market Tavern is a cosy gastropub a few doors down, and along Shepherd Market, the Japanese restaurant Taka London and award-winning Kitty Fisher's are both highly-talked about.
