One of south London’s most diverse and eclectic neighbourhoods, with an annual footfall of almost 12 million, Elephant & Castle Shopping Centre is hugely popular with locals. Each week, up to 240,000 students and young professionals visit to discover the latest trends, dine or bowl.
Two kiosk spaces are currently available on the ground floor: one of the centre’s most-visited areas. The first kiosk is at the bottom of an escalator and right by a main entrance leading out onto the open-air market. The second is next to a flight of stairs - also close to an entrance, and surrounded by many popular shops.
A stone’s throw from Elephant & Castle railway station and less than five minutes from the tube, the Shopping Centre is easy to get to for all. In a lively area, it’s conveniently close to the London College of Communication, attracting a young clientele that’s likely to buy on impulse.

Kiosks to be provided by tenants and measure a maximum of 4m x 1.5m. The landlords must also pre-approve specification.
