This late-night live music venue, Roadtrip & The Workshop, describes itself as a gateway to Shoreditch. Drawing in plenty of passersby all week long from this lively part of Old Street, the first floor bar is equipped with Sky TV and BT Sport and the downstairs is a club area. There's a large covered south-facing terrace, too.
The team at Roadtrip & The Workshop are looking for a brand to takeover the kitchen and create a new menu for resident drinkers and revellers. The kitchen is on the ground floor. It's small but fully fitted, so you'll be able to fire up and get going as soon as you move in.
The bar is popular all week long, and the club gets packed at weekends. There are events on most nights and with such high visibility walking from Old Street, Hoxton and Shoreditch, it's a great place to get your idea in the hands of locals.

Landlord will be responsible for equipment breakages/repairs for the first month of tenancy
Tenant will be responsible for equipment damage/breakages/repairs from then onwards (extraction excluded).
All staff must behave in a reasonable way and commit to treating
equipment professionally and with care.
