London’s Soho is a maze of streets full of businesses, retailers, bars and restaurants. Wardour Street is one of its main thoroughfares, connecting those walking from the West End to Oxford Street. This is a busy spot throughout the day, every day.
This event space consists of two floors and can be found between an office building and hairdressers. Formerly a production company, it is contemporary and bright throughout with striking black pillars, white walls and high shine black flooring. The ground floor features one large open space with a small room for storage and a toilet at the back. Downstairs in the basement, the space is slightly bigger with another room for extra storage.
Wardour Street is an eclectic mix of agencies, production companies, and retailers. All sorts of ideas could thrive here.

Capacity is approximately 180 standing.
The ground and basement levels are available separately for £5k each, from 9.00 -17.00 per day, or £7.5k for early morning to midnight.
The entire space over both floors can be hired for £7.5k between 9.00 - 17.00.
There is also a £1k minimum de-rig fee to take off and store the artwork on the walls for each booking.
