A central London neighbourhood with a village feel, Pimlico is best known for being home to the Tate Britain, and the setting for the Ealing comedy, Passport to Pimlico. Stretching from the tube station to the Thames, Lupus Street is where you’ll find the area’s biggest concentration of high street shops, as well as this glass fronted (with sliding door) shop to let.

THE CROWD

This largely residential area is home to people from all walks of life; it’s a popular place to buy a weekday pied-à-terre, families love the schools and parks, and it’s the site of the award-winning Lillington Gardens council estate. Lupus Street’s practical shops and affordable eateries make it a busy spot all week, and the Pizza Hut and chip shop nearby brings people even after the shops have closed. Pimlico station is a seven-minute walk away.
