This one-of-a-kind, bi-level, events/activation space to rent is located in a 2-story, whitewashed building on Madison Street. It offers a dining and bar area with fixtures, an indoor and an outdoor turf-covered sports facility with bleachers. It also has a barbeque area, flat-screen televisions, and parking spaces. You’ll be on the Lower East Side, one of New York City’s most historically significant areas.
