Situated in the centre of Manchester, Spinningfield’s is one of the UK’s biggest mixed use developments. It houses over 165 commercial organisations and 44 retail outlets, as well as a number of hip bars and cafes.
This is a high footfall destination over 25,000 + people pass through here daily and mainly AB1 & ABC1. There are also around 1000 residents living onsite and 17,000 AB1 commercial tenants including: Royal Bank of Scotland, HSBC, Deloitte and Bank of New York.
This listing allows you to to rent the outside space in Crown Square. This space is right in the heart of the development and would allow you to get in front of many of the cafes and restaurants in the square. The total size of the space is roughly 5000 sq ft, however, the landlords are flexible about the exact size of space you use.

There are strict timing regulations for the Space. Please request a Venue Information Pack from the Landlord. Any additional charges must be agreed between Tenant and the Landlord. You may need Manchester’s City Council consent, which should be applied for by yourself.
For any bookings of more than 1 day, please consult your Concierge for prices.
There are noise restrictions in place due to the other tenants using the area.
Please note, there are weight restrictions across the Spinningfields estate.
There is power dotted across the space, but to use the power you will need to secure any cabling via the regulated trunking and complete a RA-MS to coincide.
Additional security will need to be hired from the Managing Agents.
There is no alcohol license. Any alcohol on site will have to be either given away for free or sold via a Temporary Events Notice. You can apply for one through the Manchester City Council.
There is no guaranteed parking, all parking is subject to existing events and activities that are taking place on site such as building refurbishment / development and new businesses moving in.

The storage space on site is limited and subject to availability. If you require a lot of storage space you should look into alternative arrangements.
