Fifth Avenue is known for having some of the most luxurious stretches of retail shopping anywhere in the world. Upscale department stores, name-brand flagship shops, and luxe designers all have a place on the city’s most fashionable avenue. Located across the street from The Museum of Modern Art and two blocks away from the iconic Rockefeller Center, this high-end office building is home to Zara and many other major brand retailers – and it’s available for you to rent.
Tourists and office workers make up the majority of the crowd that come to 5th Avenue and the surrounding area. Both MoMA and Rockefeller Center are tourists destinations – and for good reason – they’re two of the most renowned cultural centers in New York City. A block down, both Versace and Cartier have retail stores right next to each other. Keep walking further down and you’ll run into the famously posh Saks Fifth Avenue. Further up the block in the opposite direction is the Apple flagship store, Burberry, Louis Vuitton, and a number of luxury brand retailers. This space is right next to the 5 Ave/53rd Street E/M.
Next door is Hollister, the flagship Tissot watch store, and Uniqlo. Across the street are Salvatore Ferragamo, Ermnegildo Zegna, and Rolex Boutique. You’ll be in good company.
The space is 1500 square feet. This is one of the busiest areas in New York, next to one of the busiest subway entrances in Midtown.
